All the colors associated with Easter are used in this 47 x 63" afghan. Pink, green, yellow, purple, orange and blue, with a large amount of white worsted weight yarn. Using these seven colors, each motif is constructed in the same manner, crocheted in a style similar to that of a granny square. The motifs are whip stitched together, laid out in strips, with an edging place around each strip. These strips are then whip stitched together, with a crocheted border added. Finally the last step is a fringe is added to each end of the afghan.
